We don't have an exact match for your pivot bar but take a look at our 26-125 as a possible substitute. Compare our dimensions with yours to see what you think. 

These internal latches look similar to our 26-132P but different enough to make me question if they would work. Take a look and see how the dimensions align. 

If you have the room, you might be better off substituting with a surface mount tilt latch, like our 26-228 and 26-229 or any of the others you think may work from our section here. These are different than the others in that they just screw on. We have a video tutorial that shows how we do this. Look it over and see what you think.
