broken pivot bar

How do I remove the pivot bar. Looks like window bottom/side prevents it from sliding out. Also after I replace pivot bar how does it go back in to pivot shoe. Please identify pivot bar part and please answer my 2 questions. Thanks

This looks like an older version of our 26-125. I believe this can work for you. See the videos below that detail how to remove and replace pivot bars.
