Please help identify these guides. Windows are 40 years old. Non tilt, with 3/8" spiral balancer with red tip.

Looks like you have a 3/8" Series 400 non tilt window balance. If so, the usual nylon face guide that works with these is the snap in 67-014. The top sash guide could be our 18-014 or 18-144. Carefully go over these parts and let me know if they would work.
