Appear to be made by Wright. Two numbers visible:
6290B and 07867
The two connected parts are 4" long and the crossbar is 6" long.
Circa 1985. Need about 6-7 of them.

Take a look at our 39-387 and 39-388 Wright casement operators. Review the measurements below compared to yours.

If you need new hinges as well, take a look and confirm yours has the same 109" long base as the 36-048. Thanks for posting!
