Had the right weight, wrong shoe

Question

I recently ordered a triple coil balance and installed it, but the shoes are too big and when the window is installed the window wont unlock the shoe. The picture I have attached is what I am trying to replace. Please tell me what I should order because the coils say #5 #5 #6 for 26 but that seems alot for the window.

Hello, Dave. Your old shoe looks to be a match for our 15-199. This is designed to work with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or the 3/8" thick Series 165. Look these parts over and see what would be the best option for your window.
