Handle

Question

Hello
I've got, i guess, a 25 yr-ish old sliding door and I'm looking for a handle replacement . The more centerholes are about 5" apart and the top(outer) ones are about 7" apart. The handle is wood. Any help?

Thanks for your patience, and apologies for the wait. If the mounting holes are 4-15/16" apart, then there's a few possible options, but we might not have an exact replacement for this handle set. For instance, the 82-005 could work as a Surface-Mount option, but I am not certain whether your old handle set connects to an internal mortise lock in the door. If it does, can you show us the internal locking mechanism? That would clue us into other possible replacements. Many thanks.
