Handle Set ID

Looks like you need a new thumb lever. See our 82-107. Note that a broken thumb lever can be indicative of the door's internal mortise lock being broken. To see if this is the case, remove the handle set and try manually 'flipping' the lock with a flathead screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, the mortise lock should also be replaced. We can help with this; I just need to see the lock to identify it.
