Handle can not move to close

Thanks for your post! The issue with the window can be attributed to either a damaged hinge or a damaged operator. To confirm whether it is the operator, I suggest detaching the arm and trying to pull the window closed manually. If you find that it is the hinge that needs to be replaced, I'll need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill.

Should you need to replace the operator, the one pictured here is no longer made but the 39-387 Split-Arm Operator should work fine to replace it. The arm is connected to the window using the 39-545 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket.
