Handle for heavy wooden sliding door

Question

I'm guessing this is the original handle circa 1968. No manufacturer information on the door or handle.  It is on a patio door leading to a screen porch. Heavy wooden sliding door.  It was the interior handle that cracked and pulled away from the mount.

I am not sure if we have an exact match for this handle set, but we may have a replacement option. Is the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of 4-15/16"? If so, you may be able to use our surface mount handle set, the 82-005, as a replacement. Take a look and see what you think.
