Thanks for the photo! I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a direct replacement for the mortise lock you have here. You may be able to use the 82-005 Surface Mount Sliding Door Handle Assembly but I can't make any guarantees that it will work. This handle set does not use an internal mortise lock since it has one built into the handle set.

You'll need to consider that you may need to drill new installation holes in the door to install it since the distance between the installation holes does not match up.
