Handle for sliding glass door, approx. 30 yrs old

I want to replace our existing handle with a D handle. From what I understand I most likely need a "surface mount" patio door handle 4" center, with a crescent latch for a 7" door handle.  Can you suggest a brand or model that would replace the original handle in the pictures I provided?
