Handle or Latch Replacement Help

Looking for a thumb lever / latch that will fit into the pictures mortise.

The 82-240 latch will not fit into the mortise that I have. I need the latch that is similar to the one in the 82-030 handle.

Your old handle set is a match for our 82-080. This is designed to be compatible with only a handful of different mortises: either the 82-238, 82-268B, or 82-269. Without seeing your original, however, I cannot verify which is best for the job. Would it be possible to see what you have now?

I am looking for a latch for my sliding door. As you can see the old latch broke. I tried to order a new latch off Amazon but it was too long.

I tired to show the measurements in the pictures.

We unfortunately don't sell a version of the 82-240 with a stem as short as what you show here. 1-3/16" is currently the only size we're able to supply.
