Handle set for sliding glass patio door

We would like to replace our patio sliding glass door with a new handle set. Can you please advise which would be the replacement parts?

I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this handle set. See our 82-005 Surface Mount Handle Set. Look it over and see if you think you could use this as a replacement. Note that you might have to drill new holes to mount it.
