Handle set inquiry

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the surface-mounted handle set shown in your photos. With that being said, we do offer the 82-005. Depending on how the 4-15/16" hole spacing compares to yours, modifications such as making new installation holes in the door may be necessary.
