My Window is not opening. I believe the window crank separated from the window. Which replacement crank should I purchase? Thank you.

It appears your operator is stripped. We can help with this, but we'll need more information. Can you push open the window and show us a clear photo of the arms that move the window sash?

Hi. Attached are three images of the mechanism along with a picture of the mfg label. I noticed that the crank can open the window, however the crank is unable to close the window and it unwinds itself from the window and seperates completely. I hope this helps. Thank you!
