I ordered 82-086 - Legacy Keyed Handle Set, 3-15/16 82-265 - Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Face Plate, 11 82-249 - Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper and these items did not work as replacements. What should I order?

Hello,

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-239, which is the same as the 82-265 that you purchased but without the faceplate.

As for the handle set, it looks like you may have a centered thumb latch on the inside handle. If so, take a look at the 82-030A with the same 3-15/16" hole spacing as the 82-086 that you purchased, but with a centered thumb latch. Thank you!
