Handle and lock parts needed - help

We can't be positive without seeing photos of the original cutout but your mortise lock cutout looks like it may accommodate the 82-218. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to your door's specifications. 

This type of mortise lock is normally used with a handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing like our 82-030 but it looks like you have hole spacing close to 4-15/16". If so, you would need to drill new holes in the door to accommodate the 82-030 while being careful not to hit the glass in your door. 

Another option would be to try to use something like the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set with 4-15/16" hole spacing. Please note that this assembly does not work with an internal mortise lock, so you would need to determine if you have space to install the keeper that comes with it.
