Handles on glass slider

Question

I would like to replace these handles, the outdoor handle is pulling through the bolt that is securing it to the door and pulls away from the door when you open the door.  I do not know the brand of slider, but it is a double mortise lock and the outside handle has no key.  This is in a condo on a higher floor balcony.  Also the locking toggle does not always fully unlock/open the latches and when you close the door this causes the latches to engage and locks you outside.  But this seems to be a result of the handles not being securing attached to the door.

Hi there and thanks for writing in. We do offer a similar handle to yours, however, it does come keyed. Take look at our 82-086 to see if this could work for you. Make sure our measurements match up with yours. For the double hook mortise lock, you may want to consider our 82-265. Let us know if both parts will make good replacements.
