Your operator resembles the 39-171 at first glance. We also offer the 39-172 opposite-handed version. Both assemblies are used with the 39-114L or folding 39-205 handles. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting! 

Dimensions for 39-171

The 39-387 has a smaller 3-1/2" link arm. We come across this issue from time to time. Unforutnately, we are not able to supply this operator with a 4-1/2" link arm but the 39-171 could still work if you are able to adjust the position of the mounting bracket on the sash to compensate for the difference.

Another option would be to attach the original link arm to the new operator by drilling them out and installing the old arm on the new operator with the 62-014B rivet. Take a look and see which option you'd prefer.
