Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. This appears to be a four-bar hinge. Start by taking a look at the 8" 36-020 and 10" 36-021. Review the specifications for these parts and see if one of them matches what you need. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
