The BSL balance stamped with 28DS 38 indicates that the balances may support a 38-pound sash. If so, you'll need either the S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

If everything checks out, you'll need 2865 strength options for your replacement balances to support between 35 to 39 lbs. Make sure to weigh your sash to confirm.

As for the Caldwell (CMC) balances, we should be able to supply the replacements you need but it would need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to know the exact weight of the window sashes these balances support. We'll also need to know the number of 29HP39-41 stamped balances you need, with the minimum being two. Lastly, please confirm if the depth of the bottom fitting measures 1" deep or slightly more (1.088"). Thank you!
