Hardware needed

Question

I am having a hard time locating this type of hardware for my sliding doors. The sliding doors are rather old and as you can see the lock is on the handle itself. There is no lock within the aluminum framing. Please help identifying the hardware thank you.

Take a look at the 82-005 surface-mounted handle set. This is a similar style, but review the specifications below, paying close attention to the 4-15/16" hole spacing, along with the installation video to determine if this could work for your application. Thanks for posting!
