Thanks for posting. This operator might be either the 39-031 and 39-032, or the 39-155 and 39-156. The only difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arm. See the diagrams below. Measure your old operator's arms to see what matches best. In either case, for new covers and handles see the 39-107 and 39-114L sold separately.
