Hardware parts

A quick learner from College Station, Texas says:
Hi, looks like you guys can help me but I wanted to make certain you had all the parts. I need the balance and the shoe but I also need the metal piece that comes out of the window. That piece is a 2 1/2 inch long metal channel that is about a quarter of an inch wide and is what fits into the shoe. I have included pictures of all of them. The shaft is 33 inches long.

It appears you have an S795-33, along with a 26-040 Pivot Bar. To know what stamp option you need for this balance, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window sash. Also note that your balance attaches to the top of the window track with a metal hook, rather than a screw tab like our balances. Please show us the hole in the window jamb that this hook attaches to. That will clue us in as to your best way to proceed here.

A quick learner from College Station, Texas says:
The weight of the window sash is 22 1/2 pounds. I am adding a photo of the square hole where the unit attaches. Also is a picture Of the width of the window track so you can see a little bit better how wide the hole is.

With that square hole, you can use our 26-200 Screw Plug to install the standard S795-33. If your window sash weighs exactly 22.5 lbs, use a stamp option of 33C.
