We do not carry an exact replacement for your pivot bar but the 26-129 appears to be our best match. We can't guarantee that It would work since the end that engages with the pivot shoe cam is a different style. With that being said, review the dimensions below to see how they compare to yours.

This pivot bar is often used with the 15-046 pivot shoe. Take a look and confirm that 1-1/4" width and 1/2" thickness match up to your shoe.

If it's a match, these pivot shoes are used with the 5/8" diameter S600 spiral balances.
