I have a Harvey Window (about 5 yrs old)-it

This pivot shoe closely resembles our 15-129. I would remove it from the window to confirm. Make sure that all the dimensions are the same, as well.

It is not the same. The part I need is a small white plastic arrow shaped part. It snaps in to prevent the window from coming out of the retainer. Need two but would settle for one.

Please advise.

I will need to see a picture of the part in question removed from the window, then. I cannot make out what you're describing based on the one above. I will also need your measurements.

Thank you! I'm afraid we don't sell that plastic arrow, which is known as a "tamper lock." It actually isn't necessary for most windows. Is your window exceptionally large? If not, I think you should be okay without it. Otherwise you may need to contact the original manufacturer.
