Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to match our S900-23, while your pivot shoe is our 15-046. Look these two parts over and let me know if you had any questions.

As for the weep hole cover, we don't sell anything like this, unfortunately. It actually looks like it could be a sash stop. A local hardware store may have what you need.
