Have to Replace Balances on Window. What Part do I Need?

This is the left side. Also need to replace right side.

Please let me know what item number I need to order

Hello there, and thanks for contacting SWISCO. I believe the latter part of the imprint reads 28 D 40. If correct, then it looks like you require either our S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance, with stamp option 2840. To narrow down which balance you need, compare the nylon clip with the designs of the two Series I listed above. You will see that the S385 balances have a nylon clip with greater 'depth' than the S380.
