That appears to be a pivot shoe. This one in particular looks like a match for our 15-199, though you should review our photo and specs to confirm.

The 15-199 is designed to be compatible with two different types of coils: either the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165. You should measure your original to verify which one is the better option.
