Heavy lifting window

A contractor from Apex NC says:
I have a heavy lifting window and saw some parts are broken.

The first photo shows the part where the window itself sits and looks kind of bad.

The 2nd one, shows like a little arm that is missing from one side of the window. The one it has it looks like metal not plastic.

Any advice?

Thank you

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-129 and the tilt bar looks like our 26-021. You say you have a heavy window, though. Is it hard opening and closing the sash? If so, you might need a new window balance. I think you have something like our Series 770 but check it out and see what you think.
A contractor from Apex NC says:
Do you have the screws that goes with 26-021? or does this part comes with it? Thanks

Paul from SWISCO responded:
The 26-021 doesn't come with screws, but you can either re-use your old ones or use our 33-055.
