Thanks for you post! I believe this handle set can be replaced with the 82-081 Keyed Mortise Style Handle Set. To confirm that this will work as a replacement, carefully look over the dimensions and design below.

This handle set is compatible with the 89-042 Multi-Point Strike Plate which is used along with the 89-043 Strike Plate Cover.
