Thanks so much for contacting us. I do recognize this balance and can verify that it's not something we can supply. I don't think this has been made in a long time.

According to my records, the best option we can offer is a combination of our 15-199 pivot shoe, Series 160 coil spring, and 15-150S support. All components only sold separately. 

I've had customers in the past tell me that this setup works, but note that it's not supposed to. Our parts are made for a whole different kind of window, so note that some adaptation may be necessary on your part. You'll also need to weigh your sash on a scale and divide it in half to determine the proper Series 160 strength option.
