Operator and casement lock help
Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, these operators have been discontinued and are no longer made, which is probably why you're having such trouble finding them. We used to carry everything you have here, but our stock has dwindled over the months to the point where all we have is the base: our 39-091 and 39-092. Even these have a limited supply, and we'll only have them while they last.
If you only needed the base, then you can get them from us and reuse the other parts, like the handle and bracket arm. If you needed everything, though, then your options are very limited. There is no direct substitute on the market at this time.
The only hardware we ever got to work were our 39-366 and 39-365, though it took some doing. We found that they mounted on the sill adequately, and even though they're straight arm (instead of split arm, like your original) they still mounted to the sash well using our 39-520 track. The biggest issue, however, was that the base was too small compared to the original ROTO style. This left a pretty significant gap in the sill trim, which is obviously not ideal. You'd have to find some way to cover it. You will also need a new 39-205 handle.
Even after all that, there is no guarantee it will work for your specific window. We only had one window to experiment with when we had the opportunity, and there are a couple different varieties that used your hardware. There could be many variables we're unable to account for, so I cannot confirm if this hardware will work for you even if you solved the gap issue.
I'm sorry that we cannot offer anything better at this time. We always have our eye open for a better replacement, but I can't predict when such a product will present itself.
