Your exact pivot shoe has been discontinued and is no longer available but the good news is that we do have a replacement that will work just as well.

We suggest using our 15-177 pivot shoe to replace the coil balance shoe you have. Take a look over the dimensions below to confirm that this is the right replacement for your existing coil balance shoe.

This shoe is compatible with the 1/2" Thick Series 152 Coil Balance. You'll need to look for any stamp/markings on the metal coils to determine the springs needed for the assembly.  If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.

These coils are secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. If you are looking to replace the covers, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.

Your pivot bar reminds me of the 26-226 Pivot Bar. Be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm.
