Question

I have identified my Casement-Window-Replacement-Operators as 39-027E
9 1/2". Now I need the short arm and pivot track as seen in the photo attached 358-1R. I need 1 right and 1 left. Thank you

I agree, our 39-027E and 39-028E look like the the ones you need. As for the hinge, take a look at our 36-048, 10" hinge. If you replace the hinges in sets they should work fine.
