Thanks for writing in. This looks like a Series 795 Channel Balance. If the metal channel, not including the attachments, is 28", then see our S795-28. Your stamp code doesn't match any of our options. I think the safest thing to do would be to weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page. Finally, you should make sure your balance's T-Lock Shoe matches the dimensions of the shoe that comes by default with the Series 795, our 15-195. If it differs in any way, or if the configuration is different in terms of the cam or shape, show us a closer picture of your old shoe so we can identify which one you need. Many thanks.
