We can't be sure of what you have with the balance assembly still installed but you can start by comparing the specifications of the 15-199 pivot shoe to yours, which uses either the 1/2" diameter Series 160 or 3//8" Series 165 coils. Since you mentioned that your coil measures 1/2" and has 4.5 stamped on it, you would need the S160-4. Take a look and see how these parts compare to your hardware once it's removed from the window.
