Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the pivot shoe in these photos is discontinued and no longer available. However, we do have something with a similar setup that may be worth considering. I recommend you start by having a look at our 15-177. This uses the Series 152 coil springs (sold separately) and the spring is screwed to the pivot shoe. Compare our specifications with your old hardware to see what you think. 

I'm not sure about the pivot bar though. Our 26-241 comes to mind but yours has an offset so I'm hesitant to recommend this. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version removed from the sash?
