If the window sash is not staying up when opened, there is most likely an issue with the coil balance. Your window appears to use the 15-177 pivot shoe. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Does your original coil spring have any numbers stamped into it? This will determine the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.
