Help Fixing Several Window handels

Hello I just bought a house and need to fix several windows Handels. Most of the windows are missing the handles used to open the window. The few handles I found fall out and seem to be stripped. Can you take a look at the photos and let me know what I may need.

Your operator appears to be a match for either our 39-253LB or 39-438B, depending on the design of the guide at the end of the arm. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.
