Hi there!
This reminds me of the S765-33 channel balance. However, it looks like your configuration is a bit different. Specifically, the clip in your first photo. Can you confirm how this balance installs? Can we also see a photo of how the balance attaches to the pivot shoe? There should also be a stamp on the metal channel.
