Help Identify Replacement Part(s)

Question

I need help to identify a replacement for this constant force double spring window balance (left side). The only identify mark was #2 on the right side balance. The metal rod that fits into the window is broken off. The other components appear fine. I think in only need the metal insert with the rod. The back cap looks to pop out out so I think I could replace the metal rod but don't know what its called or where to find one.

Hello! I'm very confident that we can supply these parts. See our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. Your covers appear to be in good condition so they can be reused, as you already suggested. To be honest your springs also look to be in pretty solid shape so if you think they're still usable then I don't see the harm in keeping them for now.

As for the pivot bar, I will need to see an undamaged version removed from the window. The bar on the other side will be sufficient. The 15-177 is compatible with a ton of different styles so that's the best place to start.
