I was not the one to disassemble so I cannot send complete pictures but I think I need a custom configuration.
If the parts can be identified, I would like an invoice for the purchase of two balancers. My particular unit is a fraction under 27 inches long and just a fraction over 1/2 inch wide.

Thanks for contacting us! The balance you have here is an Extended Travel Channel Balance and will need to be a custom assembly. Given the length you've mentioned and the balance stamp, your metal channel should measure 26-7/8".
To confirm pricing and availability for the exact balance you need, I'll need to see a photo of the hook/clip that should be attached to the shoe. This is important for how the balance installs in the window channel.
The metal piece lying next to the balance is the 16-002 Take Out Clip. Take a look at the diagram below to double check that yours has the same dimensions.

Since the 16-002 is a stock item, you'll need to add them to the cart, from the website, when you are checking out. You can either use the links in this thread or add them by searching their product code once you've added the balance.
Although, before I can provide you with the order link I will still need a photo of the hook/clip that should be attached to the shoe on your balance. You may need to look for a balance from a similar window if neither of the balances from the window you are repairing has this piece.
