Hello,
I need to replace about a dozen of these. The company that made the windows is no longer in business. The tabs on the bottom of the window that would connect to these do not push in to the window for installation. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, our balance shoes will not work on your current balances. You will need to replace your entire balance with our S795-34 with a 34B option. Take a look and see what you think. As for the shoe, this balance is assembled with the 15-195. You will need to measure your shoe to see if it should match up with the 15-195. If not, get back to us with the measurements of your shoe and we will offer a different option.
