Thanks for your inquiry. Have a look at both our S380-35 and S380-30 channel balance. This comes assembled with a 19-005 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe. You will need to compare the 'depth' measurement of your bottom shoe with ours to confirm this is a match. If everything looks correct, then you can go with the 2940 option (holds a sash weight of 23-28 pounds) and 3450 option (holds a sash weight of 30-34 pounds).

Thanks so much for your reply. The depth on the bottom shoes matches your recommendation. Just to confirm, you're recommending 35" and 30" balances, when the imprints on the old balances read 34 and 29. I understood those imprint numbers to mean channel balance length in inches. If that is accurate, will the extra inch not cause any fitment issues? Thank you!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

With the metal stamping beginning with "29 and 34", it tells us that the metal length of each balance is 35" and 30". If you would like to confirm those measurements to be accurate, you can measure the metal length of the balance only, excluding the nylon fittings. Get back to us and let us know how you make out.

A quick learner from Tallahassee, FL says:
Thank you for your help, those measurements all check out and I've just placed the order for the replacements. Thank you!
