Please assist in identifying this channel balancer. It looks like either a 380 or a 385 series. The marking on the part read (20 4 D1)

Hi Arturo, yes, this looks like either an S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the image below for reference. In either case, choose 2040 for a new stamp option.
