Please find attached pictures of the parts that I need to replace.

The parts that I ordered were completely different from what I needed.

Home building completed October 2007 in Columbia, Tennessee

Balance Spec:

  • Tilt Windows
  • Stamp on my Balance Frame: 34B BSI TH
  • My broken balance measurements are exactly the same your S770-34 Frame Length, Width and Depth.
  • The difference is My Balance has (2) cross-rivets on the bottom in holes # 2 & # 3 (#2=Tilt Latch - #3=spring) Picture 8 Balance
  • The S770-34 has some sort of plastic insert and the bottom of the frame and only 1 cross-rivet for spring- Picture 9 Balance

Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to be a match for our Series 795. This uses the same metal channel as the Series 770, but flipped upside-down and with different fittings attached, including that T-lock pivot shoe. Those fittings are vitally important when it comes to identifying balances and have to be accounted along with stamps and measurements.

Look it over and see if you agree, or let me know if you had any questions.
