Hello,
We don't sell a direct match for this vent latch. The 26-122 comes to mind, but we can't guarantee it would work. Review the specifications below compared to an intact latch and see what you think.

As for the coil balance in your second post, see the S140. Review the measurements to ensure a good fit.

Your third post resembles a broken version of the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe shown below. If so, it is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-073 screw. The coils are anchored to the window track using the 15-181 Double Detent Support Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushing. Thanks for posting!
