Help Identifying Replacement

A home owner from Florida says:
Hello, I am looking to replace some of the window sashes in my home and was hoping to identify the correct part before ordering. The length of the metal channel is 35". From what I measured, the parts listed on the 35" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE (S385-35) seem to measure the closest with the precision I am able to attain with my measuring tape. The design of the balance top on the replacement does not match exactly to the one I have (see attached IMG_0091). 34 2 CMC JT 4 is printed on the channel, so I am thinking that the 3420 is the correct stamp option for the weight? Please let me know if I need to provide additional information, thank you so much!

I agree, the S385-35 is promising. The only other possibility is the S380-35, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. The picture below illustrates the difference. You are correct, a stamp option of 3240 is the right choice. Let me know if you have further inquiries.
