Help Identifying Window Balances 3230 and 2430

I would greatly appreciate your assistance identifying the window balances from the attached pics. I was not sure of the correct top and shoe

Channel Width: 1/2 inch
Windown Balance 1: Model 3230
Windown Balance 2: Model 2430

I have also attached pictures of a broken Top Sash Guide for the same window. I hope this will help. I also want to verify if the correct part for the Top Sash Guide is 18-073 and how is the part replaced/installed?

Thanks for posting! Take a look at our Series 350 channel balances and see if these match your hardware. As for the window cap, our 18-073 definitely has a similar top, but without seeing the whole thing I can't say for sure. Do you have an undamaged top sash guide that we could see to be more certain?
